Glossary
Public nouns. Use the same word for the same object.
Amendment. A signed correction after the original artifact was signed. Not a silent edit.
Adapter profile. Country-specific payer, identity document, language, guideline pack, or reporting pack.
Basis. Inspectable inputs, evidence, and versions that travel with a draft.
Care gap. Deterministic prevention item: due, overdue, satisfied, declined, or justified.
Chart. The longitudinal clinical record: problems, medicines, allergies, observations, plans.
Companion. Patient-facing bounded assistant. Educates, collects, reminds, escalates. Does not diagnose.
Council. Several models assess. An aggregator reconciles. Disagreement is signal.
Detector. A watch on an aggregate stream that can raise a finding.
Digest. Scheduled summary for a department or facility owner.
Draft. AI output that is not yet part of the chart.
Encounter. The outpatient clinical act of care. Do not write "visit" when you mean this object.
Episode. Emergency-shaped care with triage, clocks, pathway, and disposition.
Facility. The physical site.
Finding. An owned result from a detector or a review pass.
Panelist. One model inside the council.
Pathway. A timed clinical protocol on the emergency board, such as a sepsis clock.
Practitioner. The licensed clinician who signs. Use "doctor" or "nurse" when you speak to that persona.
Queue. Live board of tokens and appointments.
Red floor. Safety alerts that a user cannot demote.
Sign. Clinician action that makes a draft a signed artifact.
Token. Walk-in place in line. A peer of an appointment.
