Draft versus sign

Clinical AI output is a draft. A licensed clinician signs. Unsigned output is not the chart.

The draft carries a basis: inputs, evidence, and versions.

After sign, corrections are amendments. The chart is append-only.

Deterministic floor

These checks do not wait for a model:

• drug–drug interaction
• allergy
• dose

They run when AI is down.

The red floor is not demotable. Allergy conflict, contraindicated interaction, and critical values stay loud.

Council

Several panelists assess. An aggregator reconciles. Disagreement is signal.

Do not describe the council as a single oracle.

Companion

The patient companion educates, collects, reminds, and escalates.

It does not diagnose. It does not change treatment.

Prevention

Care gaps are process. Treat-to-target is the next rung. Longer life is an aim.

Do not claim that Beys extends life. Do not claim that Beys reduces mortality.

Device status

Beys is not a certified medical device. Do not say FDA, CE, or MDR clearance.
