Roles
Staff roles, default landings, and what hospital management cannot see.
The commercial owner is an organization. The physical site is a facility. There is no staff role named "owner".
The first bootstrap user is an IT administrator. That role has no PHI by construction.
Default landings
- Doctor. Patients. Radiology doctors land on Worklist. ED doctors land on Emergency.
- Nurse. Queue.
- Front desk. Queue.
- Pharmacist. Pharmacy.
- Laboratory technologist. Worklist.
- Imaging technologist. Worklist.
- Department head. Insights.
- Hospital management. Insights. No chart. No AI-quality.
- Billing clerk. Billing.
- Records officer. Identity.
- Privacy officer. Audit.
- Quality lead. Insights.
- IT administrator. Setup.
Department is an attribute. It is not a separate role.
Patient
The patient is a distinct principal on a separate PWA. Unproofed sessions see booking and encrypted intake only.
